Return & Exchange Policy

Three See Studio does not accept any return requests unless the product(s) have a manufacturing defect. Below are the guidelines for international and domestic orders:

International Orders:

• Only full-price, unworn, and unwashed items with full tags may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date (not including sale items).
  
  

Domestic Orders:

• Only full-price, unworn, and unwashed items with full tags may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date (not including sale items). After these timeframes, Three See Studio reserves the right to refuse any return requests.
  
  

In Case of an Exchange:

1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
   - Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
   - Three See Studio will not be responsible for any additional charges if the purchased items have no manufacturing defects.
2. Exchanges for Full-Priced Items
   - Exchanges are available only for a different size (size S or M only) of the same style and color, subject to availability.
   - Exchanges for other designs are not permitted.
   - Customers are responsible for all incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees.
3. Freesize Items
   - Freesize items are not eligible for exchange, as they come in only one size.
   
   

If You Need to Return Products Due to Manufacturing Issues:

1. Request by WhatsApp at +60 17-808 0955 or via Instagram DMs @threeseestudio.
2. Our team will contact you within 3 working days after receiving your request.
3. We will inform you if the returned product(s) are in stock:
• - If yes, we will send you new product(s) without refunding the defective ones' value. You will need to destruct the defective products before we dispatch your replacement.
• - If not, we will issue store credit equal to the total value of defective product(s), including shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Exchange Policy Highlights:

• Please check sizing carefully before requesting an exchange.
• Exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same item.
• If an item is unavailable for exchange, we suggest passing it on within our community on Facebook.
